    Thanks Ladies!! I'm drooling over some of these bikes!!

    Reality did hit today, though, as I was doing a tour of some of the North Carolina universities with my daughter. If she manages to get in to Duke, it would be incredible and the school so good for her, but man, 50k a year? Ouch!! Guess my dream bike waits 5 years. But it's fun to dream!

    You could get on the waitlist for a really sweet custom bike and it would be ready in 5 years Vanilla Bicycles has about a 3 year wait

    I have my dream bike: full custom Mondonico Futura Legero, custom paint, Campy Record, Rolf wheels, chrome steel fork. Looks and rides like a work of art. I'm five foot nuthin' and I have standard diamond style frame,

    I would like a Surly LHT, and a tandem of sorts ..... someday

    I have my carbon dream bike but I would love a Titanium bike.

    I think I'd be freaking out about dinging something like that so much that I'd never ride it..... my dream bike.... how about the one I have but about 3 lbs lighter...

    Ah - you're in my neck of the woods. Let me know if you have Duke questions - I graduated from Duke, and am still in very close contact.

    Me too

    I also know a bit about the cycling team there, though I wasn't on it as a student (I rode horses instead).
