WOW! Talk about a sucky night last night.
First I did 1 hour of hill repeats on the bike. My typical Thursday night ride. Of course, it was all headwind UP the hill. Blah. I was lathargic at best on the bike. Even my friend commented on how slow I was.
Then I did my 3 mile run. I did this workout 2 weeks back and did a 8:40 minute mile. Last night it was a 10:05 minute mile. Talk about sucking!
Eh, good days... bad days... and all that jazz.
