    Well, all the finger crossing must have helped - just had a call to say the offer has been accepted and the property is now off the market and no further viewings will take place! This being England, there is still a lot of things that could go wrong, but at least the first big hurdle is out of the way!!!! And yes, I'll definitely get my own survey done, no way I'm relying just on the lenders!
