I heard it was really tough with all the little neighborhood hills. I might be glad I had to work instead of riding.

Heh! Heh! It was totally painful from most accounts. I wonder what the turnout will be next year. You gotta be a glutton for punishment to:

    1. Wake up around 4:30-5:00 am to be ready for this ride.
    2. Realize Starbucks doesn't open till after you're well into your ride on Sunday morning and you're stuck in the burbs versus some "cute City of--"
    3. Fight all the Baptists (myself included) wondering why in all the name that's Holy you won't get out of their way..It's Sunday why aren't they in church. I made sure I prayed for the safety of all though.

Ha! Even though I had to work, we didn't start until 9:00. And here I was complaining about waking up early to work on a Sunday.
For 3 days, I get to part of a thousand other journeys.

Mile after mile after mile of "rolling" hills just underscored the fact that I probably won't be buying the "She Loves Hills" TE jersey (even though it is bee-utiful). My legs are still sooo sore!
