    I attempted a 6.5 mile run on Saturday. I think it was a little much for me yet. Especially with the additional 20 lbs. The first 4 miles went well. The last 2.5 reminded me of the last 2.5 miles of the marathon. And then I could barely walk the rest of the day.

    It took me 1:20. It used to take me just 1 hour

    I'll just have to give it another go next weekend.

    Nice miles logged this week ladies!!!!

    I ran during my sprint tri Saturday (it rocked, RR on the tri tab), but not much throughout the week after Monday's 13.5miler.

    Lime: Sorry to hear your 6.5 miler was rough. Please don't be too hard on yourself! You will gain your faster pace back. Just have to give it some time and don't do too much too soon which only sets you further back. Besides, shouldn't you be cycling in your super stylin' TE jersey anyway?
