Liza, don't be discouraged from this. Loosing slowly means that you are really learning to adjust to a new style of living, not just droping some pounds that you would eventually gain. I know that it is frusterating, but these little pounds add up and you will be a new and healthy you!!!!

164.6. The little engine that could! SLOWLY but surely.
The sad thing is that over the last 7 days, I haven't worked out at all. I don't think I've done that in probably 10 or 12 yrs. Working two jobs this week, plus added responsibilites at the main one. Too much, no time to over-eat. Or workout. But things are looking up -- more time to myself this next week. I'll use it for working out and getting outside -- NOT for more eating!![]()

221. Sigh. At least I can get back on my bike this week. I'm finally cleared to start slowly riding again.
