131...yay! I have been good this week...and three rides, and tons of yard work, mulch spreading, rototilling, and garden planting. I hope I have plenty to do next week to keep this up. I am very happy to say that reading this thread makes me stop and think before I eat something "bad" for me. It is a real motivator. I did NOT go to aerobics today, though, as I am preparing for a weekend of guests. ...but I plan to ride this afternoon if I can.

    Have a great weekend everybody.

129.5 - no change. I'm rather enjoying eating in maintenance on WW , though if actually want to drop the last few pounds I'd better quit eating the extr afew points I've been allotted.

I'm heading to Pendleton for ~225 miles of riding in 3 days. The weather is predicted to be PERFECT, so I'm really looking forward to it!

I've decided to not try to record for WW this weekend, since I'll be out of the house for 3 solid days. Besides no home cooking, I'll also not have access to my computer and I don't feel like keeping track of it all on paper while I'm riding. I'll instead use all of the strategies I've learned over the past 6 months to eat sensibly, listen to my body and trust myself to make good choices all weekend.

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday weekend!

    Well said, Susan!

I completely forgot to weigh in this morning (have to hop on the FedEx scale at work since I don't own a scale!) and I've already had a huge mug of tea and big bowl of cereal, so I'm not doing it now. Who knows, after a long weekend of long rides, I might be really happy if I remember to weigh in on Tuesday.
For 3 days, I get to part of a thousand other journeys.

Liza, don't be discouraged from this. Loosing slowly means that you are really learning to adjust to a new style of living, not just droping some pounds that you would eventually gain. I know that it is frusterating, but these little pounds add up and you will be a new and healthy you!!!!

164.6. The little engine that could! SLOWLY but surely.

The sad thing is that over the last 7 days, I haven't worked out at all. I don't think I've done that in probably 10 or 12 yrs. Working two jobs this week, plus added responsibilites at the main one. Too much, no time to over-eat. Or workout. But things are looking up -- more time to myself this next week. I'll use it for working out and getting outside -- NOT for more eating!

    221. Sigh. At least I can get back on my bike this week. I'm finally cleared to start slowly riding again.

I'm late as well but I'd like to join! My current weight is 136 and my goal weight (by july 3rd) is 130. Right now I'm visiting my parents at home and that's always tough, my mum always likes to feed me yummy food! Plus I don't have my wonderful bike here either, but I'll get out on an old hybrid with my dad, that should be fun.
