The saddest video we have is one of "rain" falling off of the roof of our patio cover. Yes, rain was so infrequent, my DH felt compelled to take a video of it.
It wouldn't bother me! I'm a native East Coaster (mid-Atlantic) but I love the heat.

Not me, mickchick. I spent 28 years of my life in endless Summer in south Florida. Hot, steamy, summer all the time. Yawwwwwn.

I love Spring, but I am dreading summer already.

It's been raining constantly here too. My yard is soaked and my dogs imitating rugs because they're depressed - then after dark they decide it's playtime and start chasing each other through the house to burn off a little energy.

It's been raining so long i won't be able to cut the grass with a mower, I may need to have it brush-hogged

Same here. I've been mowing the lawn in stripes so it will dry out faster (and because I can't mow the whole thing before it starts raining again).

So there are stripes of tall grass and stripes of not-so-tall grass, but it's all growing faster than I can mow.

Any day now the neighbors will be at the door with pitchforks and torches. Except the rain would put the torches out . . .

Nope. I have two mutts - 40 and 60 pounds each. A little big to be running in the house like wild things - and they always decide it's playtime right around bedtime.
