Yeah, but as a former Portland denizen, you get that #42 ranked rain a mm at a time, so it seems like it's "raining" constantly.
What most native Portlandians seemed to consider "rain", I wouldn't even break an umbrella out for - it's more like mist. Grey, foggy, damp, mist. All the time.
