I have a friend who makes the most delicious brownie cakes - she uses whatever chocolate cake mix she pulls off the shelf and a can of pumpkin - nothing else, no egg, no oil, no water...
She says the batter is icky, chunky, unattractive looking and tasting - but the end result is wonderful, although the color is a little funny.
I need to put that into a calorie counter and/or weight watchers and see what comes up.
Of course it isn't for 1 and takes longer than 5 min to bake...



I'll add that after reading through the recipe I plunked it into the weight watchers recipe creator and it said it is 23 points
