I am also 5 feet tall, very muscular, and I weigh 138 pounds. I put on muscle easily.
I have very large quadriceps and calves and all of my pants fit tight around the thigh. My calves are so big that I have to buy special boots so that I can pull them over my large muscular calves. I have a personal trainer that tells me that I still need to lose a bit more fat before the size of my thighs decrease. The reason that they are so big is because I still have some fat deposits covering my muscle and also some fat in between the actual muscle fibers.
But I have to tell you, the muscle that is on my thighs is much more attractive than the fat that was there before I started to bike.
Also, I think that genetically, this is just how I am built. So I am trying to lose a little more weight and see if my thighs slim out a bit. If not, that's okay too.
