I agree that my legs look 10x better now than when I was a fat pedestrian
- I am just concerned that, the muscle is building under the fat, that's still probably thinning as I go along, but i am not able to see that, I am just concerned that I have no control over my overall 'mass'.
I know that 3500 cal excess in a pound of fat, but I am no way exceeding that at all. And I do allow myself myself a chocolate bar the day i am cycling 100km in the Mountains
But my 2000 cals worth of cycling more than makes up for the 200 cals bar...
i am all annoyed and confused
