Just at a grossly healthy barley, lentil, chicken stew and boy would I like that PIZZA about now. Cheeeeeeeeerios, about 3 times a year people bring me a box of cheerios, and I eat the whole box in one day, I LOVE CHEERIOS, Oakl leaf, eating a whole pineapple, pshaw, that's probably good for you, can't qualify as OCD

Hunger, I kind of think we should respect the hungers, training does burn a lot of calories. I try to fill up on bananas, yogurt, and almonds, they are the least offensive foods for unbridled snacking and are somewhat filling. (the combo is yummy especially if you toast your almonds before throwing them in the bowl)

On the hunger training front--I tried a Hammer Nutrition bar on my 60 mile ride today. It was mighty tasty, but I was shocked to see it had 11 grams of fat! So much more than a Larabar (12 g) and so so so much more than a Cliff Bar (5 g). And check this out--a whopping 44 g of carbs for the Cliff bar, but only 23 for Larabar and 27 for Hammer. So glad I looked--Cliff bar comes out way ahead!
