What about adding some Cheez Whiz on the Cheetos so you are getting protein?

The 22 year old that posted on water intake had a point. If i feel really hungry and shouldn't, the first thing I'll do is drink some water - your body is telling you you need something and it isn't necessarily more calories that it needs. If the feeling persists, I might eat or not, depending on the situation.
Zen is right, long after your menses stop, you are still cycling, the cycles just get better than they used to be.

A lot of you say you need more protein; but most of us (not addressing the vegans here) eat more protein than we really need.
I think my body gets bored and wants something to do. If I'm really focused on something, I get a lot less of those hunger urges. When riding, I actually have to PAY attention or I will wait too long to eat. That certainly never happens while I am sitting at work waiting for it to be lunch time.

What really gets me are the "organic" cheetos. That's just wrong.

There's now a company that is marketing a Cheeto's like product, without the bright colored cheese flavored substance, to use as packaging filler. It's a great alternative to packing peanuts. It can be tossed into the compost pile or thrown on a garden and watered in.

I've had packages with those - puffed starch- yeah basically Cheetos without the salt or cheese flavor. If you throw them in the bathtub and pour water on them, they disappear.

Hmmmm... dunno about that... I only eat cheetos once a year (tops!), and not for breakfast.

But Cheeto could be a nice name for my bike.

I abhor Cheetohs with an unmatched passion!

My son, he knows this. He eats Cheetohs, and threatens me with his orange crusted fingers.

I've had Cheetos and coffee for breakfast.
