    Jo,

Relax, take it EZ, make sure the sofa doesn't fly away, and double-check the ice cream for texture and flavor. Let Lee know we can help with bon bon consultation if needed.

Oh, so sorry to hear of your injuries. I hope that ice cream, bon bons, cookies, and other "chemistry" helps you along the road to recovery. We all hate to hear of injuries at this time of the cycling season.

Best wishes for a quick and easy recovery.

    Hi gang -

I'm home, and THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for all the well -wishes, what a great surprise!

I'm still really achey, alas. The worst is the double vision I'm having -- I see fine from each eye individually, but both eyes together focus on diif spots so I see double of everything, ack. I'll be going to an eye doc in a day or two.

I do not remember anything about the crash or the helicopter ride.

Probraby won't be riding for another couple of months but I'll know more as the days progress.

I probably won't be online all that much for starters either.

Thank you all for the well-wishes, you're all the greatest!!
