    Oh, so sorry to hear of your injuries. I hope that ice cream, bon bons, cookies, and other "chemistry" helps you along the road to recovery. We all hate to hear of injuries at this time of the cycling season.

    Hmm.... minor injuries to the bike...you're in hospital for days...sounds like you took one for your bike..you are my hero!!!
