Took me all day to talk myself into hopping on the dreadmill. Thankfully for only 3miles as per my training schedule.
How the rest of you ladies manage to run miles upon miles on those things is beyond me. Kudos to you!! I'd rather run outside in the cold.
Legs felt okay overall, had real troubles adjusting my stride to running on the belt and I think any discomfort was derived from that. Really hoping the 5ft + drifts in front of the entry doors will be cleared along with the roads so that I can make it for my swim & bike tomorrow. We shall see.
