Another 7 mile run under my belt AND I didn't count the warm up or cooldown

My legs weren't the greatest because of all the tumbles I took on Sunday while x-country skiing (it was icy and there were hills but it didn't seem to interfere

The whole thing was done inside . . . again The windchills were reading -25 and still snowy and icy

I warmed up .25 on the track. then did 2.5 on the TM, 3 on the track and 1.5 on the TM . I then cooled down on both the TM and the track - total w/ WU and CD was 8 miles.

The thing I was really PUMPED about was my HR was 10 beats lower for the first 2.5 on the TM than the last time at the same pace. It jumped up on the track but I know I was going faster. When I got back on the TM it climbed again but I had bumped the pace up .4 mph for awhile. Still all in all my average HR was lower on this 7 miles than the last one I did

Now we shall see how my calves fair - I am icing them as I type.

I plan on swimming in the AM to stretch everything out.
