    FS: Gore Passion jacket

    To disable ads, please log-in.

I bought this jacket from TE in the fall of 2007 and I've worn it twice. It's not the right jacket for my needs and I'd like to find a good home for it. Here's a description of the jacket:

I'm asking $50 for it, including shipping. Size XL, yellow.

That's too bad. You would look quite striking in this jacket.

It still has the factory fold creases in it.

What's its measurement across the bust?

MDHillSlug, I measured 21.5 inches across the front, at the widest part. So it's 43 inches in the chest.

I just want to let everyone know that I purchased this jacket last year and absolutely love it. It breathes well and the wind does not go through it.

The sleeves zip off so it makes for a great vest also.

    Just my 2 cents

So, it is my size. The sizing chart made it look too small. Hmm...

I have this jacket in red. It's very warm in a cold wind. It also folds up into itself nicely. Great to take on long rides.
I can do five more miles.

Is it a crinkly, noisy material? Sounds like what I need. I never should have read this thread!

Nope, not the crinkly, noisy kind. The material is real nice. It is hard to explain. Also, it does not balloon up while riding, which to me was another important factor.

Nope, not crinkly or noisy at all. It's a quiet jacket with really nice features. The only problem is I am apparently too hot natured for Gore stuff so I'm back to wearing my old PI Zephyr wind breaker. FWIW, I have a 40" chest and it fit me fine.

MDHillSlug, you know you want it. Free shipping with the purchase of this jacket.
