    Long but rewarding day

    Hi all,
Whew! Just got back from working the Health Fair. Every year my hospital offers all kinds free services (multiphasic blood screens, mammograms, EKG's, ultrasounds, etc) to the community. It's an awesome experience and I love it. I'm not often happy with my hospital but this is one thing they do right and it felt great, even though I was there for 14 hours. Good stuff.
This has nothing to do with anything, but I'm in a good mood, feeling good, and thought I'd share. Have a great day everyone.

Our local hospital does that, too. I've never been, because I feel that those services are best left for those who cannot afford it because of no insurance, but I LOVE that they do it. Thanks for being out there all day helping members of your community stay healthy! It always feels so nice to know that you're doing good for others (which is why I assume you work for a hospital in the first place). Hooray for having a good day at work.

Thanks, Gray. I liked that post.

Sounds like it has everything to do with lots of things. Glad you had a great day and decided to share it.

GraysonKelly, thank-you for posting about the Health Fair and for your participation in the event. It sounds like it was a long but rewarding day. It's nice to be able to read a positive post.
