Ah, I thought so. Hope you stopped at Duarte's or Arcangeli's.

Not that day. We have at another time and Knott even braved the artichoke bread at Duarte's.

She said it was worth the risk.

Artichokes... in the same sentence with "brave" and "risk?" I don't get it.

Artichokes go in the same mental space with chocolate and good cognac... And Knott.

I think the risk was concerning the gluten in the bread...not the artichokes.

Freshly Backed Home Made Yummy Crusty Pescadero Authentic Sour Dough Artichoke Bread from Duarte's www.duartestavern.com/ for a celiac Knott? Not so good. Luckily she didn't react.

Currently suffering through a bout with acute achilles tendonitis, I cruised through all the threads here on the subject. Knotted clearly knows what she is talking about and I really wish she would come back with her always good advice on how to stretch out all the little (and not so little) aches and pains that we all suffer. Tell her she is missed by this sore puppy.

I drive through there every year on my way to Fog Fest to do a sand sculpture. It is nice and peaceful there. Give knott a hug from me too.
Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape.
