Lets just say it was enough to keep my nutrition on track today!
Now that running hubby is getting into endurance training I think both of us will benefit. It's always easier to do it w/someone else. And with him keeping an eye on his diet it will be nice! We are co-dependant in that regards sometimes.
BUT YES! Lets stay on our tri bikes!!
