The funny thing is DH shaves his legs and we argue over who gets to shave if we are low on cream.

DH shaves his legs more frequently than I do, especially in winter.

    Red face

I only shave when I am seeing the masseur, and for a few weeks in summer.

Himself hates stubble and requests that I not shave at all.

I just wax. Sort of year round. But my hair and weak is so thin now that it's actually hard to pull it off except with hot wax, which is rarely available. So it's sort-of-waxed most of the time.

I keep shaving regularly throughout the winter...it helps me not feel so dumpy during the cold weather...and i do realize it's a totally psychological thing, but it works

Pretty regular shaver here, for massage etc it's much nicer. I can tolerate hairy legs, but I draw the line at hairy pits.

I am blessed with fine blond hair so I get away with shaving a few times a week from the top of the knee down. I shave year round too.

If I weren't on the bike and at the gym, I would stop shaving my armpits. No, it doesn't smell worse, and long smooth armpit hair feels so much better (glidey and comfy) than naked sweaty pit skin sticking to pit skin. DH never minded hairy armpits, but I prefer to fit in I guess. Legs, about once a week. Menopause does lessen the hairy-ness! DH started shaving his legs last fall when I pointed out that his heavy coating of sunscreen on his hairy legs looked kind of gross (well, it did to me). and I think he likes it better too. Tokie

I'm in the why bother club - but I don't have a significant other and the dog doesn't mind

I only shave below the knee anyway because my hair is so light. If I shave once a month in the winter I'm doing good. In the summer it's weekly unless I mtb - I always shave before mtb because I always fall.

Me, too. I hate even just putting lotion on my legs if there's stubble.

After umpteen years working as a lifeguard and shaving daily, I just can't stand hair on my legs. I shave about once a week, year round. Now that I'm post menopausal, seems the hair grows much slower these days.
