It doesn't look like my original check was cashed. If that's true in general, would it be easier to paypal the new total amount or just the difference?

Can I pay with a combination of Russian rubles, French francs and Dutch guilders? Or better yet... How about Italian Lira (get it Amici Veloci)!!
