Just remember muscle weighs more than fat so even if the scales aren't moving or maybe moving in the wrong direction, it doesn't mean you aren't losing hun! and with winter coming we all may go up some in weight - I think of it as my hibernation weight!
If we just keep riding: commute, trainers, whatever, next spring the weight will come off faster and easier!
