(I've worked for several different public sector employers before in addition to private sector ones) more sane working hrs., broader range of benefits, abit closer to home. So bye-bye to ungodly very early wake-up time in morning

This is something that's gonna be really nice. Sane working hours again. And an actual time you can reliably shut the light off, like after hours and on weekends. Excellent.
