In no particular order. . .
** I'm alive. That was quite a scare I had this fall.
** My girls are doing well in their studies/lives.
** I have a home, however over-full it is with Stuff
** DH is healthy and reasonably secure in his job - which he likes.
** My extended family really cares for one another. With five siblings, that's something of a feat.
** My co-workers at the rehab hospital really seem to care for me.
I'm sure there is more, but those are which come leaping to mind.

- Happy memories of my Mum and Dad when I was younger and they were both alive
- Being priviledged to have known several friends who unfortunately are here no more
