So when to you start being tortured by PT? And will they add the shoulder to the regime? I can send you the exercises for your shoulder. After almost a year, my still doesn't like me very much. Would probably be happier with me if I actually continued my exercises like I was supposed to. Like WHO has time to do isolated exercises for an hour 3 times a week??? I have to take time to sit on my butt and pet my cat. Just ask her (Bonnie, the skinny demanding calico in the "Show us your pets" thread).Beth
