I still wear a sport bra when I wear my bibs, without it would be a touch too liberating......

I usually wear a sports bra/tri top underneath. I also don't completely bib up until my last pee break before riding. First stop is the ladies room on the beach. Then we go out. Then get dressed with the jersey. I love bibs but they can be a pain with too much on.

Although I may add that I have to pee a lot less wearing bibs -- zero pressure on the bladder!

On really hot days I wear the bibs with the least amount of torso-coverage (usually my team kit/Voler, which is mostly white). With a sports bra, you can completely unzip on a long, hot climb and let the jersey flap and cool you off, which is another reason why full-zip jerseys are so important for bib-wearers.

Some other bibs (like Assos) cover up a bit too much in the hottest days of the year, plus they are black.

I wear a sports bra but I don't go out without a bra anytime, I am top heavy.

For the summer I find I can slide the bib straps out of the arm holes on a sleeveless jersey so it really doesn't faze me to need to use the restroom. I live on the face of the sun, so I wear sleeveless April-early October. In the spring it takes a little more work to pull through the short sleeves but I can still do it. My long sleeve jerseys are full zip so I can just take them off in the winter. Of course I do not usually have to pee much on a ride so it doesn't matter.

My sports bra: I don't leave home without it!

I like jerseys with either full zips or very long zips, then I can easily pull them up around my neck while I deal with the straps or just slide it over my hips and step out of it. Worth it for the comfort.

I wear a sports bra and often a baselayer (or two if it's cold) under the bibs. Only the jersey/jacket/vest goes on top of bib straps for the pee break reason. I'm with Bluetree. I need fewer breaks with bibs because there's no pressure from the waistband. Except in winter where I don't sweat as much. Which sucks. Which is also why all baselayers, no matter how warm, go under the bibs.
