I'm so freakin' amazed at every little thing. Today I realized the "crick" I've had in my neck for 8+ years is gone.

First Walk
I took my first walk today - about 2 or three blocks worth. It felt wonderful to be outside in the sunshine. My legs appreciated the exercise, they've been a little achy. Once I got home, I had some soup for lunch, then fell asleep.
I might have over done it just a little, 
I slept for 2+ hours...
