    Thumbs up

    WOOT!

Another discovery! For close to a year, I've had foot problems; pain and stiffness when I got out of bed and after sitting for a period of time. I internet diagnosed it as plantar faciitis When I mentioned it to Dr B, he said he didn't think it was related to my neck.

    Well guess what.

The pain and stiffness in my feet is gone! I hadn't even realized it until I woke up early this morning with cold feet and a cramp in my toes. I got up to walk around and it suddenly hit me, I wasn't shuffle walking!

Of course you're wiggly toes are connected to your neck. Those nerves send messages to your brain and back through what was an unhappy neck.

I'm so freakin' amazed at every little thing. Today I realized the "crick" I've had in my neck for 8+ years is gone.

    Talking First Walk

I took my first walk today - about 2 or three blocks worth. It felt wonderful to be outside in the sunshine. My legs appreciated the exercise, they've been a little achy. Once I got home, I had some soup for lunch, then fell asleep. I might have over done it just a little, I slept for 2+ hours...
