    Sorry to hear about your father's diagnosis, but sounds like he has a lot of support, which includes yours!

    www.CancerCare.org and www.Wellnesscommunity.org are two helpful general websites for cancer patients and families--good resources for support and information. You may also find www.leukemia-lymphoma.org helpful.

    I have a friend whose mom has had CLL for many years now and she continues to do well. In fact she is the team leader for a cancer walk later this year!

    Best wishes for your father and you. Make sure you take care of yourself so that you can remain present and hopeful for him (so that means, keep up the riding!)

    Most Luekemia is 85% cureable. Unfortunately my sister's wasn't.
