When I was getting up for work at 5:30 every day, I would sleep in until 7 on the weekends and it felt so luxurious! I loved it. But when my contract ended at the end of July, I got a chance to catch up on sleep and go back to my "natural" sleep habits of 9+ hours a night. So I go to bed at the same time (between 10 and 11) and now I don't wake up until 8. I'll be up at 7 at the earliest and that can be a struggle for me. I feel horrible when I sleep past 8 as it really does seem like a waste. To be honest, I like the guilt as it gets me motivated to get up and get on with my day. With daylight savings happening here tomorrow, I'll hopefully get back to getting up at 7am on a regular basis.
