Does anyone else have a problem with being able to sleep in on a Saturday??
I don't normally sleep in during the week. I'm up at 415am or so on M & Thurs for swim practice & 5am T/W (F?) to bike in to the city. If i'm training for an event, Saturdays are again 5am days. Sundays can be early days if it's going to be hot & we need to do dirt time early.
I have never been able to get over feeling bad about sleeping in. I feel half the day is over by 8am..
Are you like this & what do you do to not feel funny about it?
