I'm having a heck of a time sleeping. I can't get comfy in bed, so last night I tried the recliner. I may order some kind of wedge pillow for my bed, I just can't figure out which one.
I have people from work that want to visit. I need to tell them politely no. I really am not up to human contact right now.![]()

You'll be able to show true sympathy to them now. And I second the recliner and/or wedge idea. Both work for me in certain discomfort-caused sleeplessness situations -- bronchitis, asthma, Crohns cramps, and (most relevant) neck and back pain.
