You're probably more in the 39-42 range. 43-44 is more like a men's 10. I hear Sidi runs small, but I think I'd wear a 40 like in my other cycling shoes, because I already have had to size up for cycling shoes. I'm usually an 8.5-9 US. That means I wear 38.5-39 in regular shoes, but my cycling shoes are 40 (in Specialized, both in men's and women's). I haven't tried Sidi yet, but I want to. I don't want to order them the wrong size, and finding a good selection of women's shoes in the LBS is a pain. I'm afraid that Sidis are too narrow for me. I need a narrow heel but a roomy toe box. If you have narrow feet, I'd guess they'd run more true to size for you and work. So maybe around a 41 (40.5-41.5)?
