michelem, I'm still coughing. I ran a total of ten miles this week - Runners World said to do 1/4 mile weekly training the first week after a marathon so I figured 1/4 of 40 would be easy. It's strange but I am now faster. I don't know why. My legs never did hurt after the marathon. I don't know why. Perhaps we will discover Nyquil is an effective training tool.

Jes and Jolt, I hope both of you can get back to doing what you want to do. Jes, it sounded promising for you? And Jolt, at least it WILL get better. I can really understand the impatience though.
