    Grog, After meeting you and your hubby at the CROC ride, I think you both would love this ride. The ride was a challenge for us, but would be a ride in the park for you two. And you can bring your car size tent, cause they haul your gear for ya!

    GLC1968, definitly put this one on your to do list. It is always the first weekend in September. bikerHen

    When I drove from Spokane to Nelson I think it was about 4 hours.

    It was actually a little over 3 hours. But, I live on the very northside of Spokane and know a short cut. bikerHen

    Hmmm. According to Google Maps it would be over 8 hours for us to get to Nelson. Makes it tough to go there for just the weekend!
