Nothin' gonna change if some of you don't hit the bike tires up to Bothell.
Would be great if someone from this forum got into a photo shoot.

I'm not familiar with this clothing line...that's ok. My closet is overflowing.

I guess the least they don't want, is too many sweaty women in their catalogue...any photos of sweating gals in TE or Terry Sports working out hard? Maybe mud clots might cover the gorgeous new pair of shorts for future customers.

Heh. I sent them sweaty pics. Specifically, me all sweaty and crossing the finish line at the Danskin. I get sweaty when I moooove.

(But seriously, what are the chances the fat girl with the pink hair gets into a photo shoot for athletic wear? It was fun, and funny, to send in stats and pics anyway.)

Crow. Although the Waterford's a beautiful bike I vote for you on Crow, black tank top ... go! Could be great fun. And you gals can go to the brewpub after.

    Go Dex!!!

Heh - the 'medium' measurements are basically mine. My waist is smaller, but I'm sure they wouldn't care about that. Too bad I'm too old (and probably too ugly).

I wonder if I could lie about my age? I could pass for 35 (I'm only 40). That would be pretty funny if I got in as a 40 year old. Maybe that would help them see that restricting age is a bad idea when it comes to fitness!

Moving in Comfort People--thanks for getting real people in your marketing materials. Even though alot of us don't fit in your guidelines, I still commend you for going for athletic and healthy real women and not ultrathin, unfit, and unhealthy professional models.

Just in MC's defense, a little: this is a casting call, after all. Maybe they already have enough models/photos of women in midlife and beyond, and in sizes between the ones they're calling for? They don't have a lot of photos on their website, but this one definitely looks at least 40 (to me), and they have chest photos of models wearing C cup bras.

Personally though I can't wear their bras just because my b00bs are too low! Don't know if that's an age thing or not! But the band cuts into what's meant to be in the cups... not good!

Another one in defense of MC. Their story is great:
    http://www.movingcomfort.com/story_details.html

And, like someone else pointed out, it's a casting call! They might already have cast an older model and need someone to 'play' her daughter. They're also looking for a plus-size model. How many catalogs feature those women? They're not looking for a size 0. I commend them for looking to our forum for their talent. They came to the right place.

    46 and proud!

too bad they don't carry socks. I would be willing to model socks any day...or gloves? I could do that too...

Bra's no way, don't come anywhere near the requirements there and my kids would be humiliated at the thought....
