I have found that timing is everything. There is a huge difference in the amount of traffic if I wait until 5:30 to leave for home. Six o'clock is even better. But then I'm getting home later which kinda sucks. I discovered last fall/winter that I really love riding home in the cold and dark. And since it's dark by 4:30 in the winter, that's every evening commute. bikerHen
