143.1 yesterday morning... still pretty much where I started. I was (hopefully from water retention!) over 146 last weekend though, yikes. So at least I'm finally heading back down.

Still 142 - no progress but at least I stopped gaining. I had to actually increase my calories because I was exercising so much. weights twice a week, spin class 3 times a week, yoga once a week and two bike rides a week of no less than 25 miles each.
I also have been on a beta-blocker medication for 10 years, that I'm embarrassed to say I didn't know why I was on it. It kept my heart rate low. I fired my old doctor and hired a new one who has since removed me from 4 prescription meds that I have taken for a long time including a blood pressure medication and the beta blocker with no ill result. In fact, I have more energy now than I have for years and I am on the high-side of 50 close to kissing 60 years old. And my b.p. is normal!
Now my body is just starting to learn how to function properly without the meds and I remember that I have to eat the calories that I work off. By the next challenge I will get it together!

Somewhere behind the athlete you've become and the hours of practice and the coaches who have pushed you...is a little girl who fell in love and never looked back... do it for her.
I'm currently on vacation without a trusting scale in sight, and I feel a binge coming on
The scale I found, well, I think it lies. For example, last night, I weighed in at 175.5. This morning, 168.8, and then I tried it 2 seconds later, and I was at 172.5.I'll just have to wait till Im back at home on tuesday to get an accurate weigh in!

202.0
I have been on vacation and missed (I think) the last 2 reports. I'm still here and I'm still 148.2. Buckling down this week.
This past week,,, not so good.
Not much riding, and eating not great either.
This is the final week, and Im going to work hard to get to my goal.
No weigh in for me this week.. so 180
good luck gals

Oh.. it's here already?! I forgot to weigh in the last couple mornings. AND... I just binged on 1/2 container of gelato! So, I'll wait and check in tomorrow morning. I am expecting the worst. No workouts in 5 days due to severe work schedule. Working gets in the way of my health! Maybe I can get a prescription for vacation!?![]()
Everyone Deserves a Lifetime
Ugh... As I Thought. 168.8
Everyone Deserves a Lifetime
Hi all. Sorry I disappeared. I got laid off a couple of weeks ago and went into a bit of a tailspin. Although you would think I'd take advantage of the time off by working out like crazy, I became a beach bum instead. Time to get back on track. I plan on weighing in this Friday.
Hey everyone!
I forgot to weigh in at all this weekend! I'm just putting myself down for the same as last week and I'll catch up next Friday.
I did bike more this week by adding in weekend rides. I hope to get in two commutes before the next weigh in...so this could potentially be my first week with over 100 miles of riding in this whole summer!
Anyway - it appears that a lot of people are on vacation or off trying to get their kids (or themselves) ready for school!
Just as an FYI - I probably won't be able to commit to doing this chart every week in September & October. Of course, doing it keeps me honest and unable to skulk away...so maybe I will keep doing it.
Will there be interest in a September/October challenge?
My new non-farm blog: Finding Freedom
Yours is the best chart I've ever seen, so I hope you'll do more of them. I'll be out of town next Friday, so just mark me down as the same. Yes, I am interested in more challenges. Thanks!
I know it's late, but I did an afternoon weigh in at 173. Anddd, my original goal was 175, I just noticed I didn't have a goal marked
That chart looks awesome and I thank you many times for keeping track.
