I'm back from a soccer weekend so I thought I'd better check in. I'm still maintaining at 165 but plan to finish off this month with 2 weeks of a healthy detox diet from the Saving Dinner website. Lots of fruits and veggies but pretty strict on everything else. I should be able to make my goal if I focus!
Miles - over 160, I forgot to write down how many miles on Sat before last but I'm sure it was close to (if not over) 60 and I did 110 Tues/Thurs.

176 for me. Clearly this go around is not my best, but I'm there for the next two months challenge.Hopefully life will be kinder to me in Sept and Oct and I'll be a little better at the eating right/working out thing.

Yep, last week was a nice (but not sustained) dip.
But not tooooo bad today: 118.4
I "feel" better and have kept up with all my training sessions.
So I'll take it!

Well I fasted for 48 hours this week to take off that 5 pounds that I gained over vacation and it worked.
So my weight today is down to 140.2 - YAY!
If I continue to be careful this next week, I should be able to end up exactly where I started this challenge - LOL

134.8 this morning. I think this is where my body wants to be. It doesn't seem to matter how much or little I work out, what I eat or don't eat or how much or little I eat, I am stuck in the same three pound range. Sigh...![]()

But I cheated this morning and hit the scale after my ride, still nice to see what is possible!
Back down 1/4 pound, to 131-1/4. Not too bad, especially since I went on a club dinner ride to Chipotle!
Boy, one week of not much exercise and eating whatever I want and I'm up more than a pound. 120.8 this morning. I'd better sign up for another race...![]()

A cold and cough have kept me from exercising for about two weeks, and I'm bummed out. Plus, during my physical exam this week, my doctor gave me an ultimatum to lose weight. So, no more "playing around" for me. As for my weight this week . . . no change. I'll be out of town for the next two weeks, so won't be able to report in, unfortunately.
