Okay. I am among the sheeple.I registered.... a full 9 months before the event. Saw the main email come out today, so I figured I better jump on the bandwagon while I can.
Dang hotels are probably already full.

"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."

Random babblings and some stuff to look at.
Is it really worth coming down the night before for events, etc., or is it more for the sleep factor? I'm a WCG newbie and have no idea.
It's about ~2 hours for me. Not outside the realm of possibilities. On one hand, it's just me, no one else to plan around, so I could drive down at 5am. On the other hand, I don't want to miss out on cool pre-ride events.
I'll probably book something now- I can always cancel later.
I registered on Monday! IFJane also registered, and we're trying to convince KayTee to drink the koolaid too!
I'm hoping Terry can work out some discounted rates, but we probably won't make reservations this soon.
