I am still at 179. I didn't post a weight last week because I was on vacation. I'm just happy I didn't gain anything while I was away, I ate a lot and didn't exercise at all. Now to get back on track...

    Whoo hoo!

I'm headed back in the right direction! I weighed in at 182.6 this morning. I fell shy of my biking goals by 5 miles this week, I only did 55 miles. I'll get that back on track for next week though. I watched a ton of biking miles on the Tour de France though! LOL! I have to say that I'm super impressed with Andy Schleck. He's going to win the whole thing within the next 2 to 3 years.

146 lbs for me this week.

I have upped my running miles, which allows me to eat eat eat! Yay.

But still...I am careful of what I put in my mouth.

135 for me this morning. I know I am going to have to alter my eating habits to lose, but it's hard to find the balance when I work out. I'm still stuck in the same 134-136 range.

    This week:
    Bike (road) - 102 miles
    Weights - 3 1/2 hour sessions

Nice to read all the success this week. Maybe next week for me.

    183 both yesterday and today

I don't have my training info in front of me but last week was a rest week. I did some running, my longest being a 5 mile run. I was good about what I ate though by last night I was really wanting pizza. Bad decadent pizza with thin slices of pepperoni that were crispy on the edges. DH and I were out for a walk when it hit me and fortunately, he had not brought his wallet. We went home and ate SB food.

No change, whew! I lost lots last week and thought that it was a fluke. If I can plateau for a week or two and then lose again, I will be happy.
