    103 this AM

    oop thats lower than i wanted.

    This week the rain has been yuck, but i did a LOT of walking for work

    one mtb ride sunday about 2.5 hours
    one mtb ride wed about 1.5 hours

    Back to a bit of training, i signed up with a mixed team for Hot August Nights so i get to use my new HID woot!

    2 mtb rides
    0 workouts
    1 trail day 12:00-3:00 on a nice hot day ...

    Having a bit of trouble getting my head on straight ... it will come about ... patience is a virture!


    GLC, I have my stupid gene glowing, I don't know why I can't insert my chart as a jpg. I've never inserted a picture here either, how hard can it be! I uploaded to photo server ... which server do you use?

    I just don't get it- up 2.4 pounds-
    eating the same, exercising the same... VERY discouraged!

    Down a half pound from last week, and just about where I was when this started. So no loss, but I'm headed in the right direction!
    141.8 this morning.

    Have a run and ride planned this weekend and then next week is a more avg./mod training schedule.

    Plan to be GOOD regarding eating this weekend...that's the key!
