I have an identical one that a friend brought me from Germany (it's blue, though). It has a kickstand & a little tiny black band that is used for the chain. I am not at home this week or I'd take a picture.

Oh, look... I have a couple of her siblings(from ebay maybe a year ago; the blue one arrived with a broken steering tube) - just took a bad picture (Schumacher descending on the vintage TV)
