    Meet Dr. Artsy Fartsy

    To disable ads, please log-in.

Finally finished my new ride... a 2008 Kona Dr Dew with a few upgrades. I call her Artsy for short. She is my around town, go anywhere, commuter (well I only have a 2 mile commute), rolls smooth on our chipseal and forest service roads, and she's pretty. Love the disc brakes for steep downhills... and of course the wood fenders are just cool functional art.

    What do you think?

The color scheme reminds me a bit of another beauty- the SweetPea Farmer's Market bike:

water bottle is a Klean Kanteen 27oz stainless steel. The only place I've seen the colored ones are at REI website.

Oh thanks, I should have known! I have the plain brushed steel KK ones!

You've done a beautiful job coordinating the accessories on that baby.

thanks Lisa, I've been drooling over your Luna since you posted it. I wanted something different on a little smaller budget and the Dr fits.
