Running is SO MUCH fun that I had to go and do it at 5:45 this morning. 47 mins for close on 7K. I am trying rice syrup as a substitute for commercial energy gels. Had a spoonful in a glass of water before, because I need some bit of something in the tummy before I head out.
Running in the morning must be an acquired taste.
Shins aching very lightly. actually, it's gone now.
