He was giving a concert in Montreal a few days ago. I feel terrible I've missed that.I used to see him in my neighbourhood (near rue Marie-Anne, which inspired the song Marianne).

Oh no, uh-uh. It was inspired by his girlfriend of many years who he lived with on the Greek island Hydra - Marianne Jensen, who was Norwegian.
