Here's another vote for sinus rinsing. I have both the NeilMed neti pot and their squirty bottle. They both work well, but I think I prefer the bottle, just because it requires less coordination on my part.

I use a neti pot all the time when my nose is giving me problems. And when i have a cold as well it can really help a lot!
